Business Details
We are the solar energy division of Wanxiang America Corporation, operating from facilities in Rockford and Elgin, Illinois. Our company has been active in the renewable energy sector since Wanxiang entered the business in 2000. We leverage more than two decades of experience in silicon ingot and wafer cutting, being the largest manufacturer of medium/large size silicon products in China. Our manufacturing capabilities extend to power battery production, utilizing China's leading power battery technology. We have demonstrated innovation through Wanxiang's electric vehicle, which earned 23 awards at the 2007 Shanghai Challenge. Our parent company operates three natural gas power plants, underscoring our broad energy expertise.
We began photovoltaic manufacturing in 2005 and maintain ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification for quality management. We specialize in providing ARRAqualified solar panels that meet the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act standards. Our product line includes custommade monosilicon solar panels and a range of stocked polysilicon panels with specific model designations. We combine largescale manufacturing in China and the United States to deliver reliable solar modules for residential, commercial, and institutional clients. Our commitment is to help customers achieve energy selfsufficiency through highquality solar technology and responsive support.
