What can I say? The service I received was impeccable! Not only did Prime Energy Solar cut my utility bill in half, I also received a new roof with no money down and my color of choice. I worked very closely with their Representative Jaime who kept in touch often, answered all my questions, and kept me updated. The installation crew did an amazing job and can I say the aesthetics look beautiful.

Great company, great team, seamless process. All things went exactly as expected. The utility took forever to approve our installation knowing they were losing us as a customer forever. Prime got it done! Currently our electric bill is negative, and the utilities now owe me money for excess generation. I highly recommend this company.

I absolutely recommend this company. Rodrigo came in was very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly and was available at all times for any questions I had. After installing I had some electrical issues that I thought were connected to the solar panels but they were not and still Rodrigo directed me to his supervisor Sean who walked me through (on his own time during Thanksgiving holiday ) what he thought might be the problem and then connected me with their electrician so he can come and help me. Sean made me feel at ease and reassured me that they will always be available to help me with any electrical or solar panels issues as a lifetime guarantee. As a widow who is struggling they are a godsend! They have gone above and beyond! Thank you

Shawn Roby came to our home and explained everything there is to know about going solar. It made sense and my wife and I signed up. They have been on the roof for about a year and have saved us a great deal of money already. Once they are paid off entirely, the benefits with only increase more. I couldn't even imagine having a $12 Eversource bill in mid-summer when the central A/C is working overtime. Since the install I continue to look for more energy efficient products to add to the house. Last upgrade was to an electric hybrid water heater, so the saving will continue.

I was looking for a new roof for my house, and I was recommended by a friend to Prime Solar because of the roof incentive they give. I talked with Dan Wilson, a representative who came over with Eddie who is one of the managers. We talked about how much the roof would cost and we set up a meeting. When they came, they gave me an offer I could not refuse, they offered a solar deal that included a low cost roof.
They were very knowledgeable about the product and were respectful. They were so good that I had to recommend a friend! Service was quick and easy and they were there through the whole process. If anyone in the Fairfield area needs panels or roofing done, call them!

Shawn was good to work with on our install. It does take some time due to City and other regulations. I would recommend that you get everything they agree to provide in writing as the sales pitch can be a little overwhelming. Our system has been going for about a month and seems to be producing well.

Prior to going solar my electric bill was about $350-$400 a month. That was in the middle of summer June, July and August for my Pecks months with my central air running. My low usage months my bill averaged about $250 a month. Ever since I got the panels installed that Bill dropped to $0 a month from the UI company. The best part is the sun overproduces so much energy for my system, UI keeps paying me in credits for my overproduction so during the winter months when it's not as sunny I still have more than enough Energy built up from during the Sunny days to run the house on the Cloudy months. Going solar has opened up a new world to me which now I'm contemplating getting an electric vehicle so I could use the extra energy from the sun to drive around for free.

Very happy with this company and the work that they did! Having solar saved me a ton of money on my UI bill. I went from paying $300 monthly to $30. Customer service is incredible also. Had issue with solar and technician came in 2 days to resolve issue. Highly recommend prime energy solar!

So recently I had a solar system installed and so far I couldn't be happier but it's only been 3 weeks. I have to be honest, if it wasn't a good friend of mine who pitched it to me I would have never got it. I would have never believed a sales person, I would have thought there was a catch or some type of scheme but because it was someone I trusted (I was a little skeptical) I gave it a shot. And the fact that I have some close friends that have solar and like it made the decision easier but on the flip side I know people that have horror stories about solar.
In the end I guess it's all about the company you use and the program and the quality of the product. With that being said I received my first UI bill since my solar was turned on, it was turned on March 18th and my billing cycle ended April 2nd I believe, so for 15 days I had it on for the month of March and when I received my bill it was only $99, which my bill should have been around $240. Solar is definitely something people who are looking to save money should look into and I would highly recommend Shawn Robby and prime energy solar.
